### When I first came to the hotel to experience a Stay at Madame Tadia,to be honest, I had a small question mark inside me: **“I wonder what kind of place it is?”**But the friendly welcome, sincere expressions and sincere approach I encountered at the reception dispelled all the question marks in the first minutes.Madame Tadia is a beautiful building that has been restored by preserving its historical texture and combines the traces of the past with the comfort of today. The rooms are in the standard hotel sense; clean, tidy and qualified to meet the needs. Jul.However, I have a small and important piece of advice for those who will stay. When there are weddings, invitations or similar organizations in the ceremony hall located on the lower floor of the hotel, especially on weekends **quite a lot of noise** can be heard in the rooms above the hall. Therefore, my advice is that if possible **do not take a room from the first floor**. If you are going to stay on the second floor, you should also prefer remote rooms over the hall. Thus, you can enjoy the historical atmosphere and the tranquility offered by the hotel much more comfortably. But what really makes Madame Tadia special to me is her staff, who make a person feel like a friend who has come to her house, not a guest.**All employees are really warm, friendly and solution-oriented. When you express any problem, instead of understanding “This is not our problem”, ** How can we help?”** you see his approach. This is perhaps more valuable for a hotel today than the comfort of the room özellik.Ve especially **Ms.Nurhan Onur, the Headmistress of F&B...**It is really not easy to describe Nurhan Hanım in a few sentences. As soon as you enter the restaurant, not only a hotel employee greets you; **it's as if you've been greeted by a family elder you've known for a long time.**With a sincere smile,**“Good morning, how are you this morning?"**his asking blows up a person's eyes, which have not yet fully opened, as well as his opium, which has not yet exploded.**😊But the really nice thing is that you feel that this is not a welcome sentence uttered on duty. There is sincerity, kindness and real hospitality in Ms. Nurhan's approach. Of course, you appreciate the quality, presentation and variety of breakfast; but beyond all this, **you think that it is its warmth that gives meaning to breakfast a little**.A person does not feel like a customer, but like a guest who is respected and really cared for.In my opinion, it is not only a beautiful building, a comfortable room or a rich breakfast that makes a good hotel good. **How it makes a person feel.** This is exactly one of the biggest advantages of Madame Tadia.I'm going to stay here for a while longer. But I already know that when it's time to break up, when I'm leaving the hotel and going somewhere else ** it's not “I'm leaving a hotel”, but “I'm going somewhere other than my house”** the feeling yaşayacağım.Ve I have no doubt that I will prefer Madame Tadia again on my next trips to Eskişehir.**Thank you to everyone who contributed. Especially to Nurhan Onur Hanım, who makes it nice to start the day with that warm smile...**Some people serve where they work; others **add spirit to where they work.**I think Ms. Nurhan is in the second group. 🌿
